Joining the German Mittelstand Network: Access to Professional HR for Everyone


I’m excited to be joining the German Mittelstand network, and here’s why. My goal is to highlight the option of working with external resources as a pathway to success in a volatile market environment. My Impact: Sharing Experiences and Insights


Being part of the German Mittelstand network has already proven invaluable. Just recently, I joined a conversation on how to attract more women into technical jobs. It was an enlightening mix of entrepreneurs at the table, ranging from university professors to CEOs of small businesses.

Everyone shared their challenges in attracting women to technical positions, but there were also many best practices exchanged. We learned a lot from each other, and everyone walked away with at least ten actionable steps they could take within their companies to improve the rate of young girls and women entering technical fields. This kind of knowledge sharing and collaboration is precisely what the Mittelstand network thrives on.
